The "BOOM BOOM" award

This weeks "BOOM BOOM" winner re-wrote the rule book....The "BOOM BOOM" rule book. The "BOOM BOOM" committee thought long and hard into the night and eventually voted by a majority of 1 to 0 to remove rule 34D - 'Winners must not be paid by the club'. In light of this rule change, the "BOOM BOOM" award has been given to Dennis "BOOM BOOM" Lonergan. Scores of 179 not out and 84 that contained too many booms to count was reason enough to hand the award to our first overseas champion. Nice booming Dennis.
